What is Postpartum hair loss? Postpartum hair loss, also known as postpartum alopecia, is a common condition that affects many women after giving birth. The good news is that ursachen für haarausfall in postpartum can be managed.

Use natural and organic hair products that will help reduce excessive shedding, transition and help regrow your hair. Moisturizing your hair should be a must. If you have your hair in braids or cornrows, spray hair mist that focus on reducing frizz and providing moisture, apply hair and scalp oil to loc in the moisture. What NOT to do: I will not recommend getting any tight hairstyle or styling during this phase as this may cause more damage to your hair. Avoid any thing that will cause pulling or stress on your hair and scalp eg. excess combing, excess styling your hair in tight ponytail or bun.
