OUR SERVICE AND PRODUCT POLICIES
PUNCTUALITY
We understand that there might be an unforeseen situation but we strongly advise that you let us know in advance: at least 48 hrs prior to your appointment day. However, if you will be late please call in advance. We have a tight schedule which might be difficult to accept clients 30 mins into the appointment. Please note that 15 mins late attract an extra fee and more than 30 minutes might result in the cancellation of your appointment.
If in a situation you didn't call and didn't show up for no reason you will be charged 50% of the total service cost plus the initial deposit.

No extras are allowed
Due to social distancing, only the client for the appointment is allowed in the salons.

Face Mask is Required
According to local requirements and CDC guidelines, all clients are required to wear a facial covering before entering our establishments. If you do not have a facial covering, kindly get one before entering the salon.

RETURN POLICIES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Online return policy: No exchange or return on products. Hence, we strongly advise that you are sure of the products before purchasing.

All Items Are Shipped Within 24-48 hours
Online orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours (business days). Domestic shipping (3-5) business days, International shipping (7-14) business days.
